I’m so glad you found me.

Not too long ago I was in your same position, I had just got my first dog and had no idea where to start with training him. All I knew was that I needed a dog that was a good listener and wanted to be able to confidently take him anywhere.

I spent hours researching, reading the internet, watching youtube videos, hired multiple trainers and nothing was working.

My experience navigating the dog training industry was something I don’t feel anyone should have to go through, that is why I am on a mission to help as many struggling owners as I can!

When I learned about the Functional Obedience Method it quite quickly became my new passion. Simple, easy to understand and it ACTUALLY WORKS!

I completed a two-week shadow program followed by a one year apprenticeship with Angie Shields - founder of the Functional Obedience Method. After that I spent a year and a half working for her as a full time trainer at Mighty Oaks Dog Training.

Since then I have attended multiple seminars and an additional shadow program. I strongly believe in ongoing learning and aspire to continue developing skills that will enable me to best serve the dog and empower you as their owner.
